I will be stepping down as Chatelaine effective November 1, 2017. If you are interested in becoming Chatelaine, please feel free to talk to me, their Excellencies Peter and Brangwyn, or Bothilor (Bou).
The Chatelaine is the officer responsible for:
• Recruiting new members.
• Acting as a contact for newcomers
• Educating new members and the populace on the culture and traditions of the SCA, the
Kingdom of Avacal and the local branch
• Assisting newcomers to assimilate into the SCA and their local groups
• Liaising/coordinating with external groups and the media
• Keeping the the Gold Key and transporting it to and from local events.
