The Montengarde Financial Policy - Read this if you plan on spending the Barony's money!

Financial Policy
Event Report	To be completed at the end of any event held within the Barony of Montengarde and forwarded to the Exchequer within 7 days of the completion of the event.
Troll Summary	To be completed at the end of any event where Troll is taken.
Cash Drop Record	Any time money is removed from Troll due to large sums being received, this is to be completed and inserted in the cash box to ensure we are keeping an accurate accounting of all monies
Expense Reimbursement Form	Any time an officer requires reimbursement for supplies, etc this form is to be completed in full prior to requesting the payment.

Please note that any monies received on behalf of the SCA exceeding $1000.00 must be forwarded to the Exchequer and deposited in the bank account within 7 days of receiving it as per Corpora.
