The Barony of Montengarde is currently operating with an interim Exchequer, and looking to fill the Office of Exchequer full time. Their Excellencies and Seneschal are accepting Letters of Intention and Resumes for this position until Noon, Sunday May 12, 2019. Announcement of the successful candidate will happen at May Council, May 15th 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Duties and expectations of this office include (but not limited to):
\u2022 Hold a current SCA membership, and maintain membership for term in office
\u2022 Checking and replying to emails on a regular basis
\u2022 Be honest, professional and responsible in your dealings with everyone, including members of the populace, subordinate and superior officers, and members of the modern world
\u2022 Oversight of all branch assets, both monetary and non-monetary
\u2022 Keep everyone informed on the status of your branch\u2019s assets.
\u2022 Keep ledgers updated and current
\u2022 Receiving and disbursing funds as approved by Society, Kingdom, and Financial Committee Policies.
\u2022 Organise and maintain monthly Financial Committee meetings, and policies
\u2022 Organise and maintain a budget as per the Financial Policy
\u2022 File monthly reports to Montengarde Council
\u2022 File Quarterly reports to Kingdom of Avacal <\/p>\n\n\n\n
