Greetings! I’ll be coordinating the merchants at Twelfth Night this year.
Merchants provide a valuable and much appreciated service to our community, and we are delighted to offer space for merchants in the main hall. The main hall is easily accessed from the parking lot, and there are no stairs or tricky hallways to traverse with your goods.
There is no fee for these tables, but they are first-come, first-serve – please note, we have very limited space, so if you would like to merchant at this event please contact me to reserve your space sooner rather than later.
If you are interested in merchanting at Twelfth Night this year, please contact me at ampercival (at) gmail (dot) com with:
– Your name (mundane and SCA, if applicable)
– The name of your business
– A brief description of your wares
– Any particular requirements (plug-ins, table configuration, number of chairs, etc.) which I will do my very best to accommodate.
