The time has come for a new Baronial Exchequer Officer. We have had the position covered with an interim officer but we will need a replacement for him by October 1st, 2020.
We would like to thank Henry of Bohemia for stepping in as a temporary measure these past months and we wish him best fortune in his upcoming ventures.
Duties of the Baronial Exchequer include:
– Keeping the Barony informed about the status of branch’s money and equipment
– Providing cheques as needed as per the branch financial policy
– Coordinate with the Kingdom Exchequer and the baronial financial committee
– File the financial report to the Kingdom Exchequer quarterly and annually
