Highlights include:
- We will be using Zoom as the format with multiple rooms open for classes and activities. It will be modeled after the Avacal Grand TUA format, plus things we have learned since. If interested in being a tech / moderator, please contact Li Xia (virtualscadian@gmail.com) or by way of Facebook.
- Social Chat Channel: Chat with folks! Grab a break out room for following up on classes that ran out of time!
Plus a Meet & Greet room for various shared interests!
- Bardic Circles: Youth, Evening, and Afternoon circles so there should be plenty of opportunity to join in as performer or audience.
- Herald Consults: There at least two dedicated Herald Consult times plus classes from Avacal’s College of Heralds.
Email herald@montengarde.org to prereg with a herald for consultation. Drop in welcome, but by appointment preferred.
- A&S Round Table: Like speed dating, but with projects (finished or not)! Five to ten minutes to present and five minutes to take questions before passing it to the next presenter.
- Friday Night Social! Like a Tavern, but online and bring your own beverage.
Note: At this time there is no plan for an online court beyond an opening and recognizing those who made this happen. Their Excellencies would prefer to share in that moment of joy when an award is presented.
